Refunds and returns policy
To the extent permitted by law, we offer no refunds unless a Product is faulty. If you receive a faulty Product you must advise us via this form within 7 days of receiving the Product and return the Product in its original packaging to us before we can provide a refund. We do not offer refunds if a Product is lost once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for dissatisfaction with the product unless the product is faulty. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to refund shipping costs.
We are not able to accept faulty products or returns from purchases made outside of the Site.
